Background and Aim: Signs of Burnout are numerous and should not be fatal with temporary fatigue and temporary fatigue. In human resource research, employees are considered as intangible assets that competing organizations cannot copy. These assets have an unavoidable and unique competitive advantage and are conducive to human resource performance. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between age and the Burnout rate of nurses in Valiasr Hospital in Eghlid city.
 
Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-analytic cross-sectional study, nurses of Valiasr Eghlid Hospital with a sample size of 90 were enrolled. Data were collected using a questionnaire of demographic characteristics and two standard questionnaires such as Maslash Job Burnout Questionnaire (MBI) and Personality Morning – Evening Personality (MEQ). Data were collected by self-supplementation. Data analysis was done on descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with linear regression analysis.
 
Results: The standardized coefficient of variables of age and gender on occupational Burnout was 0.506 and the calculated t-statistic was 5.93. There was a significant relationship between age and bodily personality with the degree of Burnout (P = 0.000).
 Conclusion: Organizations can function in different situations and make optimal use of existing psychological capital. Understanding the personality of individuals for organizations such as government, private, and so on can reduce the job burnout of employees. Nursing managers can work with the identification of the subordinate or elderly personality of the nurses to pay attention to this personality aspect in the planning of nursing shifts.
