Data was collected by a questionnaire which its validation was assessed through content validity methods, it’s scientific trust through test retest. Descriptive methods a x2 and paired T-test were used to analyze research findings. Results: There was a significant difference between awareness in after being trained compare to pretest (p < 0.001). Conclusion: A simple training to change lifestyle in unstable angina inflicted patients can be very effective and suitable interaction between nurse and patient can influence the information transfer and patients’ acceptance.
