The Relationship Between Organizational Intelligence and Organizational Commitment in Lorestan University of Medical Sciences Staff

Abstract
Background & Aim:Organizational intelligence causes the organization to be taken as an alive creature and also increasing the role of staff in making decisions will increase their commitment to the organization. مقدمه :هدفازاینپژوهشتعیینرابطهبینهوشسازمانیوتعهدسازمانیدرکارکنانستادیدانشگاهعلومپزشکیاستانلرستاندرسال 1390 میباشد.The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational intelligence in Lorestan University of Medical Sciences staff in 2012.
 Materials and Methods: This was a descriptive –correlation study. اینمطالعهبرروی 155 نفر (35 زنو 120 مرد) ازکارکنانستادیدانشگاهعلومپزشکیلرستاندرسال 1390 وباروشنمونهگیریتصادفیسادهانجامگرفت.The sample included 155 subjects 35 women and 120 menfrom the staff of Lorestan University of Medical Sciences in 1391 who were selected by using randomized sampling. Data were collected by standardized questionnaires:  Albrecht organizational intelligence, and Meyer and Allen organizational commitment, تجزیهوتحلیلدادههابااستفادهازضریبهمبستگیپیرسونوتحلیلرگرسیونچندگانهبهروشگامبهگامانجامشدهاست.Data were analyzed by using Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression.
 
Results: A significant positive relationship was gained between organizational intelligence and organizational commitment (r=0.543,p < 0.001). There was also a positive significant relationship between various dimensions of organizational intelligence including strategic vision, common fate, spirit, desire for change, unity and agreement, application of knowledge and performance pressure with each other) p < 0p <0/.001001(.
 Conclusion: By increasing organizational intelligence, organizational commitment will increase, so individuals will became committed to the organization's values ​​and goals and will have a more active role in the work environment and would be less likely to leave organizations and attempt to find new job. So we recommend to investigate the strengths and weaknesses of each part of an organization and create a free environment for accepting new ideas and trying to solve them
