Background and Aim: Quality of life is a direct result of the sense of well-being. Chronic kidney disease is a kind of disease that affects all aspects of health. Synergy is a professional model that investigates characteristics of nurses and care needs of patient from different aspects to gain maximum results. This study is done to see the impact of training of synergy model to nurses on the quality of life of dialysis patients in Shiraz Namazi Hospital.
 Materials and Methods: This is a quantitative-semi empirical-single group study. Statistical population of this study includes all dialysis patients in Namazi hospital in 1393 (100 people). 30 sample patients and 15 nurses are identified and simple sampling is used. The intervention was education of synergy model in nurses. The data were completed before and after 12 weeks of intervention, using demographic data form, SF-quality of life questionnaire, and synergy checklist. Data were analyzed using t-test, regression and correlation.
 Results: The findings of this study showed that education of synergy model in nurses improved the quality of life scores of eight dimensions of dialysis patients including, physical function, physical pain, social function, emotional role, general health and two dimensions of physical health and mental health (P= 0.000).
 Conclusion: This study showed that tainting synergy model to nurses has a considerable impact on increasing life quality of Hemodialysis patients.
